Responsibilities:
- Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and always ensure customer satisfaction
- Work inside client facilities to ensure appropriate products are applied depending on the application in their steam and condensate systems
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts
- Mechanical or Instrument & Electrical maintenance disciplines
- Develop and document the Integrated Asset Plan Process
- Will be the point of contact for Client Planner/Schedulers
- Administer scheduling interface with all departments, partners and other stakeholders
- Work closely with all other Planners to ensure consistent planning data
- Contribute to cost control and budgeting efforts
- Produce and administer reports, metrics and KPI’s
- Additional duties per Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline, i.e. Instrumentation, Industrial Mechanics, or Process Operating, or equivalent experience in downstream operations
- Knowledge of fluid flow, heat transfer, and steam & condensate properties
- 6 years of proven success in downstream maintenance or operations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Super user/expert level with Primavera or MS Project, as well as User level of SAP PM software
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
